We welcome groups bookings from extended families holidaying together. Leafy Fields is a fabulous place for glamping with cousins, grandparents and close friends or siblings who can holiday together with appropriate social distancing, especially if you enjoy the great outdoors but still appreciate a bit of luxury. With us you can book the whole site to yourselves to relax, eat, drink and delight in the company of your friends or family with time to chat and unwind. We are not a site for wild, noisy parties but if you are a nature loving family and wants to run away to the country with your family then Leafy Fields Glamping is for you.

 

We have two safari lodges, Fox and Badger that can sleep up to 6 each with 2 single beds (bunks) and 2 kings (one cabin) in each lodge. Our Shepherd hut, Crivens can sleep 2 adults in a king size bed and two children in single beds (one pull out). In the Warmer months we also have a bell tent that can sleep up to four. This gives a total of 20 people. There is a 2 night minimum stay.

We can take groups booking the whole site or just a couple of units. To have the site to yourselves you would need to book all four units. Please contact us by phone or e.mail to arrange a quote. Each safari lodge and Crivens have shower rooms, toilets, proper beds and small kitchens. The bell tent has real beds and mattresses in the tent, plus a bath with toilet in a cabin and kitchen in a small shed on the emplacement. If you are looking for a pair of units Crivens, shepherd hut and Badger, safari lodge make a great combination.

 

Activities

A variety of lawn games such as quoits, swing ball, garden chess (may vary due to availability - located in different accommodations).

Activities that we don't organize ourselves such as floral crowns, we are happy to point you in the right direction. If there is an activity you are interested in for your group, we are happy to host appropriate covid-19 safe activities, that you organise for your group, provided by appropriately insured third party companies.

 

Taunton and Exeter are around half an hour drive away. Please be aware that we are very rural and you will need to plan/ pre-book your transport as there is very little public transport but we are only about a 10min drive from Tiverton Parkway Station which connects to Exeter and Taunton. we are close to Exmoor were you can access more adventurous activities.

BBQs and Fire Pits

We are happy to provide a fire pit for you to enjoy toasting a marshmallow or two with your friends (wood to be purchased on site).

Groups of different families holidaying together, we insist that each family books their own unit separately to ensure each family understands the accommodation they are booking and that it suits their individual requirements. This does not stop your group booking all the accommodation on site.

Just Families Please

We are not offering group bookings for adult groups. We are not a location for noisy wild parties. We are only letting accommodation to families this season, (one household per accommodation).

Secure your dates with just a on night deposit for each unit, with the balance due no later than 4 weeks  before arrival.
